Keystone Harley-Davidson

I went to this location today after work,when I get there the gentleman Chris Schmidt totally embarrassed me in front of the whole VIP party guest kicking me out as he kept saying I’m usually a nice guy,I’m usually a nice guy,That’s all he kept saying I caught Racist Vibes he new what he was doing and was wrong,I could of just looked at the bikes and left but he chose to kick me out I wanted to purchase a Harley but I want nothing to do with Harley Davidson anymore, I will go to Cosmos Indian Motorcycle in Bensalem and purchase from them Chris Schmidt is extremely Rude if your doors are open and your having a VIP party you are not closed your open and if I want to look at the bikes for a purchase I should be able to I would never recommend this place and stay away from Chris Schmidt what an embarrassment he had the nerve to put me threw kicking me out in front of the whole party you lost out on a client and a bike sale .hope it was worth it.I am also going to contact Harley Davidson direct and report this to them.I was going to purchase a Harley Davidson because I want a cruiser I have a Harley already and would a GSXR 750 but I am buying and indian motorcycle instead I’m selling my Harley and don’t want nothing to do with Harley Davidson motorcycle.

"So I live in New Jersey almost 90 minutes away from Keystone. I Bought an 03 Fatboy with original tires and was shopping around to local places to get tires and a service done, everyone was giving me the run around so I kept expanding my search area and I am ecstatic that I did. I called Keystone and spoke to Jimmy who immediately made everything easy. I ended up upgrading to chromed out bars, forks, a new exhaust and had the bike detailed. I came in to discuss the work before it started and met Jimmy in person. Jimmy made the entire process a breeze, he spent the time and explained all of my options and actually gave his opinions on what I should do and how I should prioritize what I get done which was so incredibly helpful, his insight, knowledge and experience was obvious. He was personable and spent a lot of time walking me through everything. What was really amazing about Keystone was during my meeting with Jimmy I met Shannon the GM who came up and introduced himself, I met Leah from Motor Clothes, Jesse from sales and also met Wendy who facilitated everything and is priceless in my opinion. the entire staff there was friendly and knowledgeable. When the bike was finished, it was perfect, James the Master Technician came out and explained what he had done in great detail, he spent the time to explain everything. The detail job that Magic Mike did was by far the most incredible thing I have every seen in my life, the before and after pictures are amazing, the bike looks brand new off the showroom. The bike is now back home and its perfect and my experience at Keystone was also perfect. I will continue to travel almost 90 minutes for all my Harley needs, they are friendly, honest, knowledgeable and they treated me like family."

I didn’t even get to buy anything and I’m still recommending this shop. Because of my own time constraints I wasn’t able to get the helmet I wanted. However, knowing she might not make the sale, Annie at Keystone HD still went above and beyond helping me find something I needed and went out of her way to see about accommodating my timetable. I don’t need to spend money to appreciate true customer service and Annie shower it to me across the board. When I get back from my trip and have more time, I’m coming back there for a jacket or something and I’m going to buy it from Annie at Keystone HD.
